The 63rd National Film Awards were announced this morning at a press conference in Delhi. While fans of the big commercial blockbusters of Bollywood are celebrating the victory, a section of audiences feel cheated with the fact that regional as well as art cinema made in India has been completely ignored.
What makes things worse is that the winner list of National Awards 2016 bears an uncanny resemblance to the Filmfare Awards which took place earlier this year.
