Bigg Boss 13

Salman Khan’s show Bigg Boss 13 is just a week older and with its ‘tedha’ theme has attracted everyone's attention. The romance that is brewing between Paras Chhabra-Shehnaaz Gill and Sidharth Day-Shefali Bagga is everyone noticing, however, the show has fallen into the clutches of controversy once again and that too on grounds of vulgarity.

Recently, a trend #JehadFelataBiggBoss was going on Twitter, all this is because a certain section of viewers felt that makers are tarnishing the Hindu culture by making the male and female share a bed. They also felt that they are promoting Jihad by making Hindu woman share bed with a Kashmiri Muslim.

Meanwhile, Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) on Sunday wrote to Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javdekar to ban the reality-based show. As per Hindu Business Line report, Praveen Khandelwal, CAIT secretary said, “our country’s traditional and cultural values are being tarnished in the lust of TRP and profits.”

He also added that the show's theme of Bed Friends Forever is highly disgraceful as it's against the ethics. The show has forgotten that the show telecast during the prime time and people of all age of groups watch the show. This controversy started when a picture of Bigg Boss 6 contestants Kishwar Merchant and Suyyash Rai kissing on bed went viral on all social media platform. This image misleads the Netizens and they thought that this pic is from the latest show BB13.
