Indian Railways has announced the various vacancies for the aspirants who are willing to get a job in Railways. As at the beginning of the year, Railway has invited the application form on Group C and Group D posts. Now, other applications have been invited by the RRB for Diesel Loco Modernisation Works for the aspirants.

Therefore, all the interested candidates can apply for the multiple Trade Apprentice posts at the official website. The last date for the posts is 16th May till 5 PM. Railway has released a total 140 posts for the aspirants who wanted to work in Diesel Loco Modernisation Works department.


Here are the posts released by Indian Railways 2018:

Electrician -70 Posts
Machinist -32 Posts
Fitter -21 Posts
Welder (Gas & Electric) -17 Posts

Follow these steps to apply for the above posts released by Indian Railways 2018:

I. Open the official website of Indian Railways at http://www.indianrailways.gov.in
II. Click at the link for Railway Jobs
III. Click at the link for the posts released by the RRB
IV. Submit your form
V. Submit your fees for the form
VI. Download your online application form
VII. Take a printout for future reference

See the eligibility for the various posts announced by the Indian Railways:

• Electrician- Candidates should pass Class 10+2 in Science with minimum marks 50% and also have ITI Trade certificate in Electrician Trade.
• Machinist- For this post, candidates must have the Class 10+2 degree with minimum 50% and ITI Trade Certificate in Machinist Trade.
• Fitter- Candidates who are willing for this post should have passed 10+2 in Science subjects with minimum 50% and ITI Trade Certificate in Fitter Trade.
• Welder (Gas & Electric): Candidates who aspire to be a Welder with the Indian Railways class 8th examination.
