Sushant Singh Rajput to Bhojpuri actress Anupama, actors who ended their life amid COVID pandemic

In 2020, the world has witnessed casualties and deaths only due to the outbreak of coronavirus pandemic. On one side, the doctors and scientists are burning midnight oils to invent the vaccine for COVID-19 treatment. On the other side, we have lost many stalwarts from the entertainment industry.
Within four or five months, be it film industry or the television industry, we have lost many promising and talented stars who ended their lives during this COVID pandemic.
Amid Sushant Singh Rajput’s murkier death case, several stars have gone too soon by suicide.
Check out the list:
1. Anupama Pathak:
The Bhojpuri actress Anupama Pathak who died allegedly by suicide in Dahisar East, her Mumbai residence on 2nd August. Before ending her life, the actress also went live on Facebook on 1st August and expressed her pain.
2. Sameer Sharma:
Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke fame actor Sameer was found hanging from the kitchen ceiling at his apartment in Malad. As per media reports, the actor died by suicide two days back.
3. Susheel Gowda:
Anthapura serial actor Susheel ended his life in his home town Mandya, Karnataka in July 2020. He died by suicide at the age of 30.
4. Preksha Mehta:
The Crime Patrol actress Preksha also committed suicide at her residence in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. She was just 25 and ended her life by hanging from a ceiling fan.
5. Sushant Singh Rajput:
Bollywood superstar Sushant whose suicide news had come as a shocker across the country committed suicide on June 14 at his Mumbai’s residence. He died at 34 and was found hanging at his home and a domestic help alerted the police. Sushant’s last film, Dil Bechara was released on 24 July on Disney+Hotstar.
Meanwhile, Sushant Singh Rajput’s case has been transferred to CBI.
