The first schedule of Sultan will start at ND Studios in Karjat. One of the major reasons to shoot for Sultan at Karjat is to allow Khan to have a schedule that will let him juggle between the Sultan shoot and shooting for reality TV show Bigg Boss on the weekends.

After wrapping up the first schedule, which will go on for 40 days in Karjat, the team will move to Punjab and Haryana where major 'akhada' sequences will be shot. Shooting for Sultan is expected to be wrapped up by March next year and the movie is all set to be Salman's Eid 2016 release.
