Ekta Kapoor conferred with Padma Shri

TV Czarina Ekta Kapoor must be on cloud nine since the news of her being bestowed with Padma Shri is out. Well, its a best gift she has given to his son just 2 days before Ravi’s birthday and now the actress has all the reasons to grin ear to ear. To express her gratitude Ekta took to her Instagram handle and shared an official statement.

As soon as this news starting doing rounds on social media platform Ekta has been flooded with the wishes from her friends from industry namely, Hina Khan, Rhea Kapoor, Mouni Roy, Ridhi Dogra, Panga director Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, Anita Hassanandani among others.


 

Hina took to her Twitter handle to wish the producer, she wrote “This is such a great great news.. I am so so happy for you.. you deserve every bit of it.. congratulations once again ❤️ #JaiMataDi”

 

Sonam Kapoor’s sister Rhea who was the co-producer with Ekta in Veere Di Wedding film wrote a heartfelt note on her Instagram story, “Congratulations to my partner, co-producer and sometimes boss @ektaravikapoor!.. Man or woman no one in this industry has achieved what you have from the scratch and its good to finally see you getting recognised”
