Big blow! Kangana Ranaut starring 'Manikarnika - The Queen of Jhansi' crosses its budget and reaches to 125 crores

Even Bollywood actor Sonu Sood came out of the project because of some fights with the leading actress on the sets of Manikarnika. Earlier the budget of the film was approx 60 crores but as soon after Sonu Sood's exit the film had to face a heavy budget and now it has gone to 125 crores. Double of the expectations.

It is known that the film Manikarnika - The Queen of Jhansi will narrate the story of a historical queen and freedom fighter Rani Laxmi Bai. The film will show the light on the life of Queen of Jhansi, from her childhood, her marriage, and her children. The film will also show her relation with many including Jhalkarbai (Ankita Lokhande).

Recently we heard that the film is already over budget and it will also get an additional amount of 20 crores for print and promotions. We now hear that 125 crores is much higher for a film like this and it will be tough for the makers to get back the budget.
