J&K Board results for Standard 12 out! Here are the toppers

Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education has declared results of Standard 12 on Tuesday, 3 May. And once again, girls outshone boys.

According to reports, girls secured 67 of the 101 top positions in the Board results. Of the 101 toppers, 71 candidates were from private schools, while just 30 candidates were from government schools.

1^st position: 489 marks (97.8 per cent)

2^nd position: 486 marks (97.2 per cent)

Sahil Sharma of Shiksha Niketan Higher Secondary School Jeevan Nagar

1^st position: 363 (72.6 per cent)

Iqra Banoo of Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Mubarak Mandi

2^nd position: 329 (65.8 per cent)

3^rd position: 322 (64.4 per cent)
