Police are on the lookout for four men in a Moradabad village, who have been accused of raping a minor girl and filming the deed.
According to reports, a case has been filed against one of the accused, while the hunt is on for the other four.
The crime reportedly occurred on the night of 26 May when the teenage victim was alone at home. The Times of India reported that the five accused abducted her at gunpoint and took her to an abandoned house where she was raped. The accused also filmed the incident.
According to the police, the girl told her parents about the ordeal upon her return. The five men then uploaded the video online on social media and also sent it to villagers - including the girl's father.
After the heinous crime, villagers protested outside Dilari police station demanding immediate arrest of the perpetrators. FIR against the five men, identified as Ishaaq, Matloob, Waseem, Shahid and Talib has been registered.
