Bollywood and cricket in are two things that Indian people are deeply in love with and goes berserk about it. Bollywood legend Shah Rukh Khan in an interview said that he is ready to even sell off his pants to buy former Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni for his team Kolkata Knight Riders. Dhoni who plays for Chennai Super Kings in the cash rich Indian Premier League have won three titles for his club and his associated with them from the start.

Shah Rukh Khan’s KKR have won two titles under Gautam Gambhir’s captaincy, once in 2012 and another in 2014. Gautam Gambhir recently revealed that he was under a lot of pressure and couldn’t enjoy his seven years at KKR because of huge price tag.


 

 

IPL 2019 auction finished on December 18 in Jaipur with every team buying their players under a fixed amount they were allotted by the BCCI. Mystery spinner Varun Chakravarthy and Jaydev Unadkat going for the highest bid in the auction with Kings XI Punjab and Rajasthan Royals buying the respective players for 8.4 crores each.

Chennai Super Kings retained players: MS Dhoni, Suresh Raina, Harbhajan Singh, Sam Billings, Deepak Chahar, KM Asif, Faf du Plessis, M Vijay, Shane Watson, Shardul Thakur, Karn Sharma, David Willey, Dwayne Bravo, Lungi Ngidi, Imran Tahir, Kedar Jadav, Ambati Rayudu, Ravindra Jadeja, Mitchell Santner, Monu Kumar, Chaitanya Bishnoi. Players added: Mohit Sharma, Rituraj Gaikwad.
