Taapsee Pannu's film Running Shaadi .Com which was supposed to release on February 3 will be delayed further. The film release is delayed by two more weeks and the makers have announced the new date as February 17. Interestingly, Taapsee's another film The Ghazi Attack has already been slated to release on the same day.
The Ghazi Attack, a trilingual film in which Taapsee plays a Bengali lady and Rana Daggubati plays a naval officer and it also stars Kay Kay Menon, Om Puri, Atul Kulkarni among others. The film is said to be inspired by true events during the Indo-Pak war in 1971 when certain soldiers of the Indian Navy remained under water for 18 hours in a bid to destroy Pakistani submarine. The film has been directed by Sankalp Reddy and Karan Johar will be distributing its Hindi version. The first teaser of the film has received positive feedback from audience.
Running Shaadi. Com is produced by Shoojit Sircar and is being directed by Amit Roy. The film has been delayed for a long time now. The film's story is about how the character played by Amit Sadh helps people to elope to get married.
