Shahid Kapoor Birthday: Kiara Advani’s special birthday message for Kabir Singh will remind you of blockbuster film!
It’s Kabir Singh aka Shahid Kapoor happy birthday and his fans, family and friends can’t keep silent to celebrate his birthday. Shahid turns 39 today. His social media has been flooded with birthday wishes which also includes his co-star Kiara Advani who played the lead role of Preeti Sikka opposite Shahid in Sandeep Reddy Vanga directed the film.
Hours after Mira Rajput and Ishaan Khatter's birthday wish, Kiara took to Instagram and shared a boomerang video of Shahid and herself. In the video, Shahid can be seen performing dance steps while Kiara was making funny facial expressions that will tickle your funny bones.
She also captioned the video: “Happy birthday SK. You will always be my most special co-star. Shine on my friend. A big hug from me and a pat from Preeti. God Bless You, Shahid Kapoor (sic).”
Interestingly, the boomerang was recording during the shoot of Kabir Singh in Mussoorie. By sharing this video, Kiara reminded us of the 2019 blockbuster film.
Notably, Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Kabir Singh was released on 21 June 2019. In the film, Shahid played the lead role of Dr. Kabir Rajdheer Singh, a surgeon who had some anger management issues. However, the character of Kabir Singh got slammed for its misogynistic approach. Although, Shahid’s acting was applauded by his fans.
While Kiara played the role of Preeti, a first-year student in MBBS and was also the love interest of Kabir Singh.
On the work front, Shahid Kapoor is busy in doing the shooting of Jersey, a Hindi remake of the Telugu film of the same name, directed by Gowtham Tinnanuri. The film is expected to release on August 28, 2020.
