#MeToo: Kapoor and Sons actor Rajat Kapoor posts an apology after being accused of harassing 3 women

Since then the controversy continues of Bollywood actress Tanushree Dutta and Nana Patekar started, the other film industry members have also started raising their voice against sexual harassment. Recently the director of Queen, Vikas Bahl got accused of sexualy harassment of an employee and even Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut.

Not even Vikas, but singer Kailash Kher and actor Raj Kapoor also have been accused of harassing women. Recently a female journalist, who has been one of them of the forefront of India's #MeToo movement came out with the screenshots of two women talking about Rajat Kapoor who has behaved inappropriately. Even the third women is a US-based model who has accused him of harassment.

Now in the wake of allegations, Rajat Kapoor came out and made an apologizes for the whole issue. He tweeted, “All my life I have tried to be a decent man, to do the right thing. If however, I have slipped and through my actions or words caused pain or hurt or trauma to absolutely anybody, please accept my apology. I am sorry from the bottom of my heart- and sad that I was the cause of this hurt to another human being. If there is one thing more important to me than even my work, it is to be a good human being. And I have tried to be that person. And now, I will try harder.”

 

This is to notice in one of the cases, actor Saurabh Shukla's name has also come and according to woman Rajat Kapoor called from Saurabh Shukla's phone and told her that he wanted to shoot a film with her at an empty house. She even accused Saurabh Shukla of knowing the matter.
