Reports of Shah Rukh Khan doing a film with Anurag Kashyap have been making the rounds for a while now.
In an interview for the promotions of Ugly (2014), Kashyap had revealed that he had an idea for a film, which calls for a superstar like Shah Rukh.
As he gears up for the release of Raman Raghav 2.0, Kashyap told Catch in an exclusive interview that nothing had materialised yet on that front.
"Shah Rukh Khan and I keep discussing many ideas but nothing has materialised as yet. The talks of 2014 have stayed in 2014," said Kashyap.

The director has been vocal about his dream project, a dark and edgy detective drama titled Alwyn Kalicharan. The film was supposed to be his directorial debut in Bollywood but it never took off.
On being asked if he plans to make Alwyn Kalicharan with Shah Rukh Khan, Kashyap said, "I would not want to talk about something that is not happening."
Raman Raghav 2.0 releases on 24 June 2016.
