However, when this Siddharth Anand directorial film was announced it had working title Hrithik vs Tiger, and everywhere the makers were having the same title even for the promotions. Even a few months ago, makers confirmed that the title of the film will be War. Then they released its first poster with the title 'War'.

Well, now we have to know how the untitled film of Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff got its title. If you had watched the film then you will in the starting of the film, makers have thanked producer Ramesh Taurani. Now everyone was keen to know what Taurani had contributed into the film. According to Bollywood Hungama, producer Ramesh Taurani gave the title of War to Hrithik and Tiger's film.

The makers of the film, Yash Raj Productions was finalized on the title of War for the film. However, when they got to that the title is registered with producer Ramesh Taurani, the makers approached the producer and latter easily gave the title. Ramesh Taurani also confirmed it by saying, “The title War was with me, I had registered it. But I decided to give it away when approached, and that is why I was credited.”

War directed by Siddharth Anand had Hrithik Roshan, Tiger Shroff, Vaani Kapoor, Ashutosh Rana, in the leading roles. It was released on Gandhi Jayanti on 2nd October 2019.
