Here is why Hate Story 2 fame Surveen Chawla kept her marriage hidden; more wedding pictures inside

The year of 2017 brought up many marriages of different celebrities. While some celebrated the occasion with great pomp and show, there were others who kept their special occasion a private one. And then came the news of Bollywood actress Surveen Chawla, who became famous from Hate Story 4 who announced her marriage a day before but the shocking fact in her case was that the actress had got married two years back in the year 2015. But why did she hide her wedding from everyone from everyone was still a secret.

Surveen took to her Twitter account to announce the good news for her fans and captioned the beautiful picture as, "And just like that, right in the middle of an extra-ordinary life, love gave us a fairy tale... #Married #bliss #EternalLove #GiveUsYourLove&Blessings"

After she uploaded the picture, reports started to roll that said that she had already tied in the year 2015. She has now broken her silence and while talking to a popular entertainment portal, Pinkvilla said that shhe had known Akshay for a long time and it was a personal choice to not to speak about it. They had decided to announce it only after their Indian wedding but since it got delayed, they announced it.

Talking about her wedding further she said that her Italian style wedding took place on July 28, 2015 and was a private affair. She told the portal, "In a quintessential Indian wedding, the couple is surrounded by guests. But we wanted the day to ourselves; the idea was to enjoy each and every moment with each other and with those who matter the most. Also, I always wanted a white wedding in a chapel located in a castle. Fortunately, Akshay shared the same dream and that’s how we zeroed in on a picturesque castle in Northern Italy. It took me six months to finalise the venue. Since I am a die-hard romantic, there was no other way I would have done it."
