Baar Baar Dekho director Nitya Mehra: Katrina-Sidharth film is a simple story of a complicated life

Baar Baar Dekho's 'Kala Chashma' has captured everyone's imagination. And how! Post the song, the makers released the film's trailer, which also met with overwhelming response.

The director of the film, Nitya Mehra, says Baar Baar Dekho is about emotions, and it will touch a chord with the audience as it is a simple story about complications in life. Talking about the film, the debutant director said:

"It is complex but that is what was so exciting about it. I wouldn't take out something that's so simple, otherwise that'd be boring. We have just packaged it in an interesting way, but actually it is a very simple story."

Baar Baar Dekho sees Sidharth Malhotra's character Jai falling in love with Katrina Kaif's character Diya, but developing cold feet on the wedding day.

The story then takes a turn when Jai suddenly starts ageing - 10 days on the first day, two years on the second day and 16 years on the third day - and worries if he will die on the fourth day! And then he has to clear the mystery surrounding the strange process of ageing.
