Akshay Kumar on Airlift, Robot 2 and not being a Filmfare nominee
Filmfare Awards 2016 nominations have come as a huge shock for all Bollywood lovers as usual suspects like Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgn are missing in the best actor category.
As Akshay Kumar gears up for the release of Airlift, on being asked about this, laughed and said:
Also read: Housefull 3: Akshay Kumar to play a man with multiple-personality disorder?"You all know how these awards work in India. If I am asked to present an award, I can guess who is winning it on the basis of the one's who have attended it or rather the ones sitting in the front row."

The actor also joked that the reason why in Robot 2 is pretty simple. He said,
"There is no major competition in terms of best actor in negative role and hence I am doing Robot 2."
Akshay Kumar will be next seen in Airlift which releases on 22 January 2016.
