Caught on camera, women cops assaulting a Mumbai girl

A video has gone viral in which a young woman in Mumbai is slapped, pushed around and dragged by policewomen.
The woman was beaten after she had entered the Ganesh pandal through VIP entry.
Following the incident, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has ordered an investigation based on the mobile phone video.
Speaking on the issue, Mohan Dahikar, senior police official said that this conduct is highly objectionable and the identity of these police personnel is being established for further actions.
Ram Shinde, Minister of State (Home), said that a senior police officer would inquire into the incident. "A report has to be submitted in 48-hours and if anyone is found guilty, strict action will be taken."
