The investigating officials of the Sheena Bora murder case took Indrani Mukerjea to the spot outside National College in Bandra and later to her Worli residence for recreating the crime scene.

It is expected that recreating crime scenes will help in ascertaining the motive behind the murder of Sheena Bora.

While she was taken to her residence, others accused - her former husband Sanjeev Khanna and driver Shyam Rai were grilled at the Khar police station.

This was Indrani's first visit to her residence since her arrest last month. Her husband and former Star India CEO Peter Mukerjea, who has been quizzed many times in the case, was also present at their residence.

During the over 60-minute quest when the cops and Indrani were at Mukerjea's Worli house, she was taken to the fourth floor of the residence. She was also seen gesturing to the accompanying policemen in the direction of a garage in the residential premises, which, according to police is the place where Sheena's body was kept on the day she was killed.

A local court on 6 September extended police custody of all the three accused till today.

Earlier the police had claimed that on 24 April, 2012, Indrani, along with her former husband Sanjeev Khanna and driver Shyam Rai had picked up Sheena in their car near National College in Bandra.

Meanwhile, the DNA test reports of the remains collected from Raigad wasn't filed on 6 September. The remains included a long bone, two molars and a skull for extracting DNA.
