CISF Recruitment 2021: 2000 vacancies released for 50-year-old aspirants; salary upto Rs 40,000

The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has invited application forms for the posts of Sub Inspector (SI), Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI), Constable (GD), and Head Constable.

CISF released a total of 2,000 vacancies for ex-Army personnel. Therefore, interested and eligible aspirants can submit their application form released at cisf.gov.in.


Candidates who have retired from the Indian Army are eligible to apply for the aforesaid positions. The online application form can be submitted on or before March 15 via e-mail to the CISF unit concerned.

Selected aspirants will initially be appointed on a contractual basis for a period of one year. Based on the performance of an aspirant, the contract may be renewed for another two years.

  • Constable GD- 1,326
  • Head Constable GD- 424
  • Assistant Sub Inspector (XE)- 187
  • Sub- Inspector- 63

Educational Qualification

Candidates who previously served in the Indian Army are eligible to apply for the post of CISF Jobs 2021.

CISF recruitment 2021: Pay Scale

Selected candidates will get the following salary:

  • Sub Inspector (SI) - Rs 40,000 per month
  • Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) - Rs 35,000 per month
  • Constable - Rs 25,000 per month
  • Head Constable - Rs 30,000 per month

CISF Recruitment 2021: Age Limit

The maximum age limit required to apply for the post is 50 years.

CISF Recruitment 2021: Selection Process

Candidates will be selected on the basis of a PET test followed by a medical test and verification of documents.
