UPSC Recruitment 2021: Apply for this post, salary above Rs 2 lakh; deets inside

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released job opportunities for Group A posts on its official website. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their application forms on or before March 22.

Under this recruitment drive, UPSC will fill a total of 30 vacancies for the post of Joint Secretary Director (Group A).

UPSC Recruitment 2021: Vacancy Details

Candidates who will qualify for the exam will be selected on a contractual basis for a period of three years, extendable to 5 years.

UPSC will fill the vacancies for the post of joint secretary in the Department of Agriculture Cooperation and Farmers Welfare, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Joint Secretary, Joint Secretary in the Department of Commerce, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance and among others.

Education Qualification:

Candidates who hold a Master’s degree in relevant discipline can apply for the posts. Also, the aspirants should hold work experience varied between 10 to 15 years.

Age Limit:

The upper age limit for the joint secretary posts is 55 years, while for director posts the age limit is 45 years.

Selection Process:

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the interview.
