Swara Bhasker lambasts media for ‘a witch-hunt’ against Rhea Chakraborty

Taking to Twitter, Swara wrote, “I don’t think even #Kasab was subjected to the kind of witch-hunt on media.. & media trial that #RheaChakrobarty is being subjected to! Shame on Indian Media... With each passing day, several allegations have been made against Rhea Chakraborty.

According to the latest update, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Wednesday filed a criminal case against Rhea and others for their alleged dealing in banned drugs, reports claimed. Earlier, the Enforcement Directorate also questioned her in money laundering and also obtained her deleted chats which hinted her involvement in dealings in banned drugs.

She was questioned by the ED about her involvement in drug dealings and her statement on such allegations has been recorded by ED under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), the official said.

However, her lawyer Satish Manehsinde had strongly refuted all such allegations made against the actress.

On the other hand, Sushant’s father KK Singh called her murderer and blamed that she was giving poison to his son. He also demanded that investigative agencies should arrest Rhea and her associates.
