These days Sonu Sood is basking the success of his recently released film Simmba, in that film of Rohit Shetty, he played the leading villain. However, before Simmba, the actor was in the news for his exit from Kangana Ranaut starrer Manikarnika - The Queen of Jhansi. Actually, there were the reports that Sonu Sood came out of the film after having a verbal spat with Kangana Ranaut.

After keeping mum for a long the actor finally has spoken to the whole controversy and revealed why he came out of the film starring Kangana Ranaut. Contrary to the reports of his exit, it was Kangana's bossiness behaviour that made Sonu Sood to come out of the project, however, Sonu Sood told that he came out of the film just because of re-shooting and scheduling issues.

Sonu Sood told Bollywood Hungama, “There was a time when somehow things didn't go well with the director and Kangana and they wanted to reshoot the film and then I requested to know what you exactly want to reshoot and I will shoot few scenes if we think they are important to shoot. But when I saw the film I felt the way it was edited, the scenes that we shot in the film were missing in the film and it really disturbed me that you put so much of hard-work shooting those scenes and when I ask for those they said we want to reshoot some portions of the movie.”

However, now Zero actor Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub has taken the place of Sonu Sood in the film. Zeeshan in an interview told, “She knew what she wanted and that's one of the best parts about a director if they know what they want. Everything was clear – from the intensity to how many shots she'd want.” The film Manikarnika - The Queen Of Jhansi is slated to release on 25th January 2019.
