Chhapaak Review: From Riteish Deshmukh to Yami Gautam, here’s how Bollywood celebs reacted on Deepika Padukone’s film
Deepika Padukone’s film Chhapaak which is a day away to hit the theatres held a premiere last night for all the Bollywood stars. It was a star-studded affair where we saw Riteish Deshmukh with wife Genelia D’Souza, Javed Akhtar, Rekha, among others making their way in for the special screening.
As soon as the screening ended several celebs took to their Twitter handle to shower their praises. Celebs are in awe of the team including Deepika, Vikrant Massey for the wonderful performance and thanked Meghna Gulzar for picking up such a subject for the film. Jackky Bhagnani wrote, “#Chhapaak is not just a film, but a reality! A Story of a heinous crime, struggle & victory of a brave soul. Chhapaak which is slated to release on 10th January is based on acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal. Apart from Deepika the film also stars Vikrant Massey. The film is set to clash with Ajay Devgn, Kajol and Saif Ali Khan’s Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior.
