Shraddha Kapoor has a packed year ahead. She will soon start shooting for Half Girlfriend and the remake of O Kandhal Kanmani - but only after she finishes shooting for Baaghi and Rock On 2.
Speaking at the launch of photographer Dabboo Ratnani's star-studded calender, she said:
"I'm very excited to be working on Half Girlfriend and the Ok Kanmani remake, I'll start shooting for them after Baaghi and Rock On".
Arjun Kapoor has been picked to star opposite Shraddha in the adaptation of Chetan Bhagat's Half Girlfriend. The film will be directed by Mohit Suri, who has worked with Shraddha before in Ek Villain.

Sushant Singh Rajput had earlier been cast in the film. However, he backed out due to a clash in shooting dates. Alia Bhatt and Kriti Sanon were also considered for the female lead before the makers of the film finalised Shraddha.
The remake of Mani Ratnam's Tamil film O Kandhal Kanmani will be helmed by Saathiya director Shaad Ali. The film will see Shradda paired with rumoured beau Aditya Roy Kapur for the first time after their blockbuster Aashiqui 2.
Karan Johar's Dharma Productions will produce the film. AR Rahman has been roped in to produce the music for the film.
