Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham TV Remake: Sonakshi aka Erica Fernandes from Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi to romance this actor in the show
Television actress and YouTube blogger Erica Fernandes was last seen playing the role of Dr. Sonakshi Bose in Sony TV's popular show Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi opposite Shaheer Sheikh. Now after the show is over, she is all set to make her comeback on the small screen through Ekta Kapoor's show. But wait, we are not talking about the remake of Kasautii Zindagi Kay but another show of Ekta Kapoor.
Well, as per the latest reports published by Mumbai Mirror, Erica is all set to act in the family drama series of Ekta Kapoor which is going to be based on Karan Johar's directorial and Bollywood movie Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham. The reports further suggest that she has been picked for either the role of Poo (played by Kareena Kapoor) or Anjali (played by Kajol).
The announcement of the new show was made by Ekta herself on her Twitter account where she tweeted, “A family soap after years !!! Mostly done love stories recently with d backdrop of family!! This soap will air on SONY ...a family that eats together stays together NOOOO a family that accepts each other stays together”

It is being said that the show will go on air after two months of Sony TV and is expected to raise the TRP of the channel. Talking about the actor who will play the male opposite to Erica, it is being said that Jodha Akbar fame and Naagin 3 actor Rajat Tokas will be seen playing the role of Rahul (played by Shah Rukh Khan).
Further, the role of Hrithik Roshan will be reportedly played by MTV's famous face Varun Sood and the for the character of Amitabh Bachchan, name of Bijoy Anand is doing rounds on the internet. Meanwhile, it is also being said that Ekta Kapoor will also be making a show based on the story of Kamasutra in India and will also make the remake of Game Of Thrones.

Both these shows will be telecasted on the digital platform of Balaji Telefilms named Alt Balaji but the confirmation about the same has not been given yet. Also, Naagin 3 of Ekta Kapoor is soon going to air on Colors' with an all new cast including Anita Hassandani, Surbhi Jyoti and Karishma Tanna.
