LeEco unveils Android-based Super3 Smart TVs, price starts at Rs 59,790

Chinese internet and technology conglomerate, LeEco, today launched content-integrated Android-based 'Super 3 Series' of smart TVs starting at Rs 59,790.

The TVs are powered by Android 5.0, Marshmallow, and come with LeEcosystem 'EUI', offering a live broadcast of multiple contents with the comfort of clear Electronic Programme Guideline.

The company has partnered with Eros Now International and Hungama Digital Media to provide movies and 3.5 million songs through EUI ecosystem.

"Today we've achieved a key milestone in our India journey. We are delighted to unveil our Super3 series and believe they will carve a niche in India, given their unmatched specs and pricing. Our newly-launched Super TVs are a testimony to our commitment of bringing top-of-the-line devices and services to our users in India," said TinMok, vice-president, Le Holdings and CEO of LeEco Asia Pacific.

The Super3 smart TVs are available in two screen sizes, two 65-inch models and one 55-inch.

The Super3 Max 65 and Super 3X65 have similar specifications. Both come with an A17 1.4 ghz quad core CPU, Mali-T760 quad core GPU and 3GB RAM and built in 802.11 WiFi. Both are equipped with Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital plus, and DTS-HD premium sound technologies.

Super3 Max 65 is priced at Rs 1,49,790, while Super 3X65 is priced at Rs 99,790.

The only difference between these two models, apart from the price, is that Max 65 offers 3D TV experience with 4K resolution while X65 offers only 4K resolution.

The lower end Super3 X55 is priced at Rs 59,790 and also comes with Android based LeEcosystem EUI.

The company is giving two-year service warranty, while four-year warranty for the glass panel for all variants.

The LeEco TV will be available from August 10 and will be sold through Flipkart and Lemall.
