World T20: Pitch report from Nagpur as New Zealand win the toss and choose to bat first

New Zealand has won the toss and decided to bat first in India's opening match of the ICC World T20 in Nagpur today.

After losing the toss, captain MS Dhoni said, "We're not too concerned about bowling first, it looks like an ideal batting wicket and one which will not change much through the course of the match. A perfect 50/50 pitch."

As per the reports coming from the middle of the pitch by analysts, the pitch is a batting paradise, and will gradually help the spinners as the match progresses.

India has left out the likes of Harbhajan Singh from their team, as Ravichandran Ashwin starts ahead of him.

It's all left to the action in the middle now!

Team Line Ups:

New Zealand: Martin Guptill, Kane Williamson, Colin Munro, Ross Taylor, Corey Anderson, Grant Elliot, Luke Ronchi, Mitchell Santner, Nathan McCullum, Adam Milne, Ish Sodhi

India: MS Dhoni, Shikhar Dhawan, Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Suresh Raina, Yuvraj Singh, Ravichandran Ashwin, Jasprit Bumrah, Hardik Pandya, Ravindra Jadeja, Ashish Nehra
