JEE Mains 2016 results to be declared any minute now; Check jeemains.nic.in

The JEE Mains 2016 results are expected to be declared any minute now by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on the official JEE Mains 2016 website - jeemain.nic.in

However, according to some reports, the results may be declared in the afternoon.

The CBSE had previously announced that the JEE results would be declared on 27 April. The All India Rank (AIR) list will be declared in another two days.

The JEE Main 2016 offline exam was held on 3 April. The online exam was held on 10 and 11 April. More than 12 lakh candidates appeared for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) 2016.

The JEE Main answer keys were declared on 18 April.

The top 1.5 lakh candidates will appear for the JEE Advanced for admission to 18 Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and Indian School of Mines (ISM). This year, the JEE Advanced will be conducted by IIT Guwahati, under the guidance of the Joint Admission Board (JAB).

Next, the JEE Main AIR list and scores will be used for admissions in Btech and BE programmes at National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs) and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs).

The JEE Advanced Paper 1 and Paper 2 will be held on 22 May. Registration for the same will being on 29 April (10AM) and will continue till 4 May (5PM). Results of the JEE Advanced are expected to be declared on 12 June.
