Art of Living mega fest begins, here's how you can beat the Delhi traffic

The Delhi police has issued an advisory to motorists to avoid certain stretches in the National Capital during the three-day World Culture Festival - from 11-13 March.
The police have identified stretches that commuters should avoid as they will be used by the visitors to the venue - on the Yamuna floodplains along the DND flyway.
The advisory has been issued by Sharad Agarwal, Joint Commissioner of Police, Traffic.
