Bihar: 4 decapitated bodies found near Sanha Railway halt in Begusarai

Four headless bodies were recovered from a ditch near Sanha Railway halt in Begusarai, a on Monday, a police official said.

Some women were collecting fodder near a ditch when they suddenly came across the torsos lying there and promptly informed the police, Sahebpur Kamal Police Station in-charge Rajesh Kumar said.

He said the four corpses - one of a woman, two minor girls and a boy - have been sent for postmortem.

It appears the perpetrators had chopped off the victims' heads and dumped their bodies in a ditch, Kumar said, adding that a probe is on.

Efforts are on to ascertain the identity of the victims, the official said.
