The Indian Railways has given the huge opportunity to the aspirants who wanted to join the Railways. This year, RRB has announced more than lakh jobs for the candidates who were waiting for their results for a long time. After this job opening, all the aspiring candidates are on cloud nine and anyhow they are trying their best to crack the examination this year only.

With this huge opening announcement, Railways has received more than 2.3 crore applications which are more than the vacancies announced by the RRB. This time, Railways will conduct the world’s largest computer-based recruitment exam, which will save 10 lakhs of trees to cut down for making papers for the exam. However, the online examination will also prevent the further paper leak of the examination.


According to the Railway Ministry, ‘In Computer-Based Tests (CBTs), candidates are shown their question paper, answer booklets along-with correct answer keys. They are also given an opportunity to raise an objection regarding the correctness of question and answer keys if any.’

Well, exam dates will be finalized when the admit card for the Group C and Group D will be released. However, every student who had applied for the Assistant Loco Pilot and other Technician posts, they all have started preparing for their examination.

Today, we are talking about the first stage of RRB exam i.e. Computer Based Test (CBT). The CBT exam will consist of objective, multiple choice based questions. There will be a total of 75 questions and time for completing your exam is only one hour i.e. 60 minutes.
The questions will be asked in the exam is from Mathematics, General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Science and General Awareness on current affairs. Therefore, each and every student are in dilemma that how to prepare for the examination so that they can beat the competition in one go only. Many students have joined the coaching centre for doing their preparation while many chose to prepare only for their home.
