West Bengal Horror: Two minor boys beheaded for fishing from flooded field

A shocking incident was reported from West Bengal's Kanthalu area where the beheaded bodies of two teenagers were recovered on Sunday. The incident came to light when both the boys went missing. Police swung into action and started the search operation to find the boys.

As per reports, On Friday morning, the two cousins identified as Majarul Sheikh (15) and Tanjarul Sheikh (16), took a boat to go to the Hijaler math area, because due to heavy rainfall in West Bengal, lowlands and agricultural fields had been inundated, so they went to fishing and the same they both went missing.


The families of the deceased boys alleged that they has been murdered by a group of local youths who earlier threatened to kill them. On Sunday cops launched a search operation and recovered beheaded bodies of the boys near a bush. While the severed heads of the two deceased were found around 40 meters away from the bodies.

The deceased boys' aunt told the portal that the boys were catching fish to financially support their families. Some local youths threatened them in connection with the fishing at Hijaler math. They informed the police when they found their boat, fishing net, sandals and their clothes near Hijaler math, as per TimesNow.

Meanwhile, after the bodies were recovered, police detained eight local people for questioning out of which 4 accused were arrested when the police thrashed them and strictly interrogated them.
