IIT JAM Registration 2020: Online application window opens for Jammu and Kashmir aspirants; apply now

It must be an alert for aspirants of Jammu and Kashmir who have not applied for admission to the IIT-Kanpur JAM (Joint Admission Test) for M.Sc 2020, which can apply now. The official notification has published for IIT JAM was released at jam.iitk.ac.in.

As per the official website, J&K candidates can apply for the IIT JAM 2020 from 22 November 2019. The last date to apply for the Joint Admission Test is November 28, 2019. The entrance exam is expected to be held on February 9, 2020.

Here’s how to check IIT Jam 2020:

Step 1: Open the official website of IIT JAM i.e. jam.iitk.ac.in
Step 2: Click on the link which says ‘important notification for Jammu and Kashmir students’
Step 3: A new page will appear on the page
Step 4: Click on another link which says JOAPS portal
Step 5: Fill up your credential details asked on the page
Step 6: Upload your documents
Step 7: Make fee payment
Step 8: Download the application form
Step 9: Take a printout for further purpose

IIT Jam 2020: Important details to know

"Keeping this in view, JAM 2020 Committee has decided to open the application process from 22nd November to 28th November 2019 for these left out JAM 2020 aspirants ONLY from J&K to facilitate them with another chance of registration," the IIT Kanpur statement said.

  • Admit card download: January 07, 2020
  • Exam to be held on: February 9, 2020
  • Result scheduled to be out on March 20, 2020
