Flashback 2019: From Sunny Deol’s son to Chunky Panday’s daughter; list of star kids who made debut this year

FEMALE DEBUT

1. Ananya Panday

The actress made her debut with Karan Johar’s film 'Student Of The Year 2' which also marked the debut of newbie Tara Sutaria. The film also starred Tiger Shroff however it failed to impress the audience in comparison to the prequel. Ananya didn't leave the hope and once again came with a bang with 'Pati Patni Aur Woh' starring Kartik Aaryan and Bhumi Pednekar. The film and the actress garnered immense applaud not just from the critic but also from the audience.

2. Sharmin Segal

Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s niece made her debut with film Malaal starring Meezaan. Before taking up acting she has assisted Leela and his films.

3. Pranutan Bahl

Veteran actress Nutan’s granddaughter and Monish Bahl’s daughter made her debut with Salman Khan’s production house Notebook which also marked the debut of Zaheer Iqbal. The movie received immense love from the audience as it was based on a different storyline. Well, not just the film but also its song received great views.

4. Saiee Manjrekar

Daughter of actor-director Mahesh and Medha Manjrekar made her debut alongside Salman Khan’s Dabangg 3 also starring Sonakshi Sinha, Arbaaz Khan among others. The film which hit the theatres on 20th December garnered immense applaud from the audience.

MALE DEBUT

1. Abhimanyu Dassani

Son of versatile actress Bhagyashree made his debut with Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota which hit the theatres on 21st March. The actor and the film received immense applaud from the audience for his performance.

2. Karan Kapadia

Nephew of veteran actress Dimple Kapadia made his debut with the film Blank also starring Sunny Deol. Apart from film Karan too received immense applaud from the audience and liked the storyline.

3. Vardhan Puri

Late legendary actor Amrish Puri’s grandson Vardhan made his debut with Yeh Saali Aashiqui alongside Shivaleeka Oberoi.

4. Meezaan Jaaferi

Son of actor-comedian Javed Jaaferi made his debut with Malaal alongside Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s niece Sharmin Segal. The actor was widely applauded for his performance in the film.

5. Karan Deol

Grandson of Dharmendra and son of Sunny Deol made his debut with Sunny’s directorial Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas alongside newbie Sahher Bamba. The film’s song received immense applaud as compare to the film.
