Sunny Deol's Ghayal Once Again will not clash with Salman Khan's PRDP

It seems people awaiting the return of Sunny Deol's dhaai kilo ka haath will need to look forward to 2016 as the actor has pushed the release of Ghayal Once Again to next year.

Deol dominated the '90s with blockbusters including Ghayal, Ghatak, Damini, Border, Arjun Pandit and many more. The decade of 2000 too started with a bang for Dharmendra's elder son with Gadar - Ek Prem Katha. After a dull phase of almost a decade, the actor is now all set to make a big comeback with Ghayal Once Again.

The actor has worked on the script for almost a year and decided to direct it himself. Initially slated for a Diwali release this year with Salman Khan's Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, the decision to reschedule it for next year has been taken as a lot of work on the VFX is still incomplete and Sunny wants to re-shoot a few scenes which he is not satisfied with.

The producer of the film Suniel Saini confirmed the same to Absolute India, saying:

"The film is not yet ready. We are working on the VFX, which is taking a long time and Sunny wants the job to be done perfectly. He is directing a film after a long time, so naturally we have to be perfect in whatever we are doing. So on Sunny's insistence, we decided to postpone the release date."
