Once again Payal Rohatgi lands in legal trouble after her controversial tweet on Safoora Zargar

TV actress Payal Rohatgi is often seen in grip of controversies due to her abusive and shocking statements on Twitter and Instagram. Something similar happened recently when the actress dropped an abusive tweet on Safoora Zargar who is pregnant and has been locked inside Delhi Jail. As per reports, advocate Ali Kaashif Khan’s has filed an FIR against the actress for promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion.

Speaking to Spotboye Kaashif Khan said, “I had already filed a Criminal Complaint against Payal Rohatgi in the Oshiwara police station for registration of FIR which is now pending before sessions court at Dindoshi, Mumbai, the court took cognizance had issued her summons and once the lockdown ends she has to be present before the said court.”

He stated that the actress has no fear of law and doesn’t even have respect for the law of land. He further highlighted that how Payal was arrested by Rajasthan police and stated that she has dirty and cheap thoughts.

When asked Payal regarding the same she said, “this man is a wannabe who wants publicity. He has tried this nonsense before as he is a FAKE lawyer. He tried to trap me with my opinion on Zaira Wasim quitting Bollywood."

She defended her tweet by saying, "everyone can have an opinion in India not only Muslims. I have not mocked Muslims in general but a particular Muslim terrorist Safoora Zargar whose pregnancy is the bone of contention who calls our PM a terrorist after burning Delhi. Rest you can talk to my lawyer".
