Viral video shows traffic cop saving life of toddler [Watch]
A video footage has been extensively shared on the internet which shows how a traffic police saved the life of a toddler.
The footage was shared by Awanish Sharan on Twitter on Sunday. It shows how the policeman’s timely assistance saved the life of a child who had fallen off an electric rickshaw. Since being uploaded on social media, the video has more than 6 lakh views and 41,000 likes.
In the now-viral video, a policeman can be seen managing the traffic when he suddenly notices a toddler falling off an electric rickshaw. There was a bus approaching and he rushed to pick the child up.
The child was along with his mother, who quickly got down after he fell off the rickshaw.

The netizens commended the policeman’s bravery while some were irked by the rickshaw driver. “Alertness of Police officials and quick reaction by bus driver should be appreciated. At the same time, the e-rick driver needs to be penalized for breaking the lane and cutting into the traffic. What if the bus was rear-ended and occupants of that vehicle injured?” a user wrote.
