Telangana cop risks his life to rescue dog, netizens laud his spirit [Watch]
A suspenseful clip of a home guard working for Telangana State Police is widely being shared on the internet. The video, shared on Twitter by IPS officer Dipanshu Kabra, displays the cop put his life on the line to rescue a dog stranded in a fiercely flowing stream. The clip has left netizens astounded.
The cop identified as Mujeeb rushed to rescue the helpless dog and arranged for a JCB machine to help him in the time of rescue mission. The video displays Mujeeb cautiously reaching out to the dog and picking it up with the help of the JCB. A few seconds into the video, Mujeeb manages to bring the dog to safety while holding him tightly.
"Seeing the dog trapped in the raging waves, Mujeeb, a home guard of @TelanganaCOPs immediately called the JCB and himself descended into the waves to save him. Hearty salute to his spirit. One who wears the Khaakhi never hesitates to take any risk for the service of humanity," IPS officer captioned the video.
