60-year-old labourer turns model; check out his stylish looks

An elderly daily wage labourer from Kerala is making wave online with his classy makeover. The labourer, identified as Mammikka, who is a native of Kerala's Kozhikode district, swaped his decoloured lungi and shirt for a suit and sunglasses while posing for a local clothing line.

Pictures from the shoot, clicked by photographer Shareek Vayalil, have gone viral online, with a lot of people complimenting the newly made model.

The labourer owes his afresh popularity to photographer Shareek Vayalil. As maintained by Manorama News, Shareek had taken a photo of Mammikka and posted it on his social media handle earlier. The pictures quickly went viral for the labourer's resemblance to actor Vinayakan.

Following that, Shareek asked Mammikka to pose for a wedding suit company he owned. Before the photo were taken, the 60-year-old underwent a makeover which was captured in a video that has been watched by many people on Instagram. The video has amassed more then 23,000 views since being posted.

According to the photographer, he could think of no one better to model for his company than Mammikka. Photos from the photo shoot show he was not wrong. The pictures show Mammikka dressed in a classic blazer and trousers, holding an iPad.

While several Instagram users dropped fire emojis in the comments section to show their appreciation, others praised the labourer-turned-model for taking on a new role with such confidence.
