UPSC Recruitment 2021: Vacancies released for Assistant Director, Research Officer posts; pay matrix as per 7th CPC
UPSC Recruitment 2021: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released a job opportunity for multiple posts at www.upsconline.nic.in. UPSC started an online application for the posts of Assistant Director, Assistant Director (Weed Science), Research Officer (Implementation), and Senior Grade of Indian Information Service.
Under this recruitment drive, UPSC will fill a total of 46 vacancies for the various posts.
UPSC Recruitment 2021: Vacancy Details
1. Post name- Assistant Director at the Central Fertilizer Quality Control and Training Institute (CFQCTI), Faridabad.
Total vacancies- 03 posts
Pay Scale: Candidates who will qualify for the post will get the pay matrix as per the 7th CPC.
2. Post name- Assistant Director (Weed Science) at the Directorate of Plant Protection, Quarantine and Storage, Faridabad
Total vacancies- 01 post
Pay Scale: Selected candidates will get level-10 in the pay matrix as per the 7th CPC.

3. Post name- Research Officer (Implementation) at the Regional Implementation Offices, Department of Official Languages, Ministry of Home Affairs
Total vacancies- 08 posts
Pay Scale- Candidates who will qualify for the post will get Level-07 in the pay matrix as per the 7th CPC.
4. Post Name- Senior Grade of Indian Information Service at the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting
Total vacancies- 34
Pay Scale- Selected candidates will get Level-07 in the pay matrix as per the 7th CPC.
