UP Police Recruitment 2021: 1277 vacancies released for SI, ASI, other posts; check eligibility criteria

UP Police Bharti 2021: Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, UPPRPB will commence its online application process for UP Police Recruitment 2021 from May 1, 2021.

It has notified a total of 1277 vacancies for various posts in its official notification released at uppbpb.gov.in.

Under this recruitment, UP Police will fill positions of Police Sub-Inspector (Confidential), Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police (Accounts), and Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police (Clerk).

UP Police Recruitment 2021: Eligibility Criteria Required

For Police Sub-Inspector (Confidential) post-

1. Candidates who hold a Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a Recognized University can apply for the post.
2. Hindi Typing Speed of 25 WPM & English Typing 30 WPM. Should be able to type 8- wpm in Stenographer Hindi. O Level Exam Passed.

Age Limit For Police Sub-Inspector (Confidential) post:

To apply for the post of Police Sub-Inspector (Confidential), the minimum age limit is 21 while the maximum age limit is 28 years.

For Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police (Clerk) post-

1. Bachelor Degree holders in Any Stream from a recognized University can apply.
2. Hindi Typing Speed of 25 WPM & English Typing 30 WPM and O Level Exam Passed.

Age Limit For Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police (Clerk) post :

Candidates from 21 to 28 years of age can apply.

For Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police (Accounts) post-

1. An aspirant must have a Graduation in Accounts or Commerce.
2. Hindi typing speed of 15 wpm and o level passed

Age Limit For Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police (Accounts) post:

The minimum age limit required to apply for the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police (Accounts) post is 21 years while the maximum age limit for the post is 28 years.

• For General/OBC- Rs 400
• For SC/ST/Women- Rs 400

Salary Details:

• Police Sub-Inspector (Confidential) – Pay Level-6 Rs 35, 400- Rs 1, 12,400 (Band Rs 9,300- Rs 34,800, Grade Pay – 4,200)
• Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police (Clerk) – Pay Level-5 Rs 29,200- Rs 92,300 (Band Rs 5,200- Rs 20, 200, Grade Pay – Rs 2,800)
• Police Sub-Inspector (Confidential) – Pay Level- 5 Rs 29,200- Rs 92,300 (Band Rs 9,300- Rs 34,800, Grade Pay – Rs 4,200)
