NCERT recruitment 2022: Apply for over 290 Professor, Asst Professor, and other posts

The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has invited applications from eligible candidates for filling over 200 academic positions. Candidates can apply for the vacancies through the official website of NCERT. The deadline to apply for the vacancies is October 28.

With this recruitment drive, the NCERT aims to fill a total of 292 vacancies under direct recruitment in NCERT, New Delhi and at its constituent units located at Ajmer, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Mysuru, and Shillong. Out of 292 vacancies, 39 are for the post of Professor, 153 for Assistant Professor, 97 for Associate Professor, and in various subjects/specializations, 2 for Assistant Librarian, and 1 post for Librarian.

NCERT recruitment 2022: Application fee

Candidates belonging to Unreserved/ OBC/EWS communities will have to pay Rs 1,000 as an application fee, whereas SC/ST/PWD/ Women candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee.

NCERT recruitment 2022: Pay Scales

• Professor/Librarian: Academic level 14 with rationalized entry pay of Rs. 1,44,200/- (Pre-revised scale of pay : Rs.37,400-67,000 with AGP-10,000)
• Associate Professor: Academic level 13A with rationalized entry pay of Rs. 1,31,400/- (Pre-revised scale of pay : Rs.37,400-67,000 with AGP-9,000)
• Assistant Professor/Assistant Librarian: Academic level 10 with rationalized entry pay of Rs.57,700/-(Pre-revised scale of pay : Rs.15,600-39,100 with AGP-6,000)

• Click on the apply online link
• Create an account by entering the required details, select the desired post and fill out the NCERT recruitment 2022 application form
• Upload documents, pay the NCERT recruitment 2022 application fee and submit click on the submit button
• Download the NCERT recruitment 2022 application form and take a printout for future reference
