ESIC Recruitment 2021: Over 6000 vacancies released for 12th pass; know posts details

The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has invited online application forms to fill around 6552 vacancies for various posts, according to the latest release of the Gazette of India.

The vacancies will be filled for the post of Upper Division Clerk and Stenographer by ESIC. Interested and eligible candidates need to wait for the opening of the application window for over 6000 recruitment drive.

Reportedly, the detailed notification for the ESIC latest recruitment drive is expected to be released in March/April. The online application for the aforesaid posts will start in due course of time.

Out of the total 6552 vacancies, 6306 vacancies will be filled for Upper Division Clerk/ Upper Division Clerk Cashier and 246 are for Stenographer.

ESIC Recruitment 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:

• For Stenographer posts – Candidates who have qualified 12th class pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
• For Upper Division Clerk/ Upper Division Clerk Cashier posts – Aspirants should hold a degree from a recognised University or equivalent; He or she should also have the working knowledge of computer including use of Office suites and databases.

ESIC Recruitment 2021 Age Limit –

The minimum age limit required to apply for the posts is18 years while the maximum age limit for the post is 27 years

Note: There will be age relaxation for reserved category candidates as per government norms

ESIC Recruitment 2021 Selection Process

Candidates applying for the post of Upper Division Clerk/ Upper Division Clerk Cashier will be selected on the basis of the written examination/seniority cum fitness/ Limited Departmental Competitive Examination. For those applying for stenographer posts, the selection of eligible candidates will be done by the direct recruitment process.
