BIS Recruitment 2020: GATE qualified can apply for 150 vacancies; salary upto Rs 87,000

Are you GATE qualified? If your answer is yes, then the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) has released job opportunities for such aspirants. The application forms can be submitted by visiting the official website.

BIS is the statutory body that works under the administrative control of Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Govt. of India. The vacancies are released for the recruitment of Engineering Graduates for the post of Scientific Assistant through GATE.

Candidates who have qualified GATE 2018 or GATE 2019 or GATE 2020 can participate in the recruitment drive.

Interested and eligible candidates can submit their application for the post of BIS Scientific Assistant Recruitment in the prescribed format on or before March 31, 2020.

The application window will open from March 2, 2020, at www.bis.gov.in.

Selected candidates will get a salary of Rs. 87,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria for BIS Scientific Assistant Posts
Educational Qualification and Experience:

Candidates should hold a degree in Engineering or Technology or equivalent with not less than 60% marks in aggregate (50% for SC/ST candidates). He/she should the GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) score of 2018/2019/2020.
