Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) result is yet to be announced by Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB). Earlier, it was expected that results will be announced today but a new report has claimed the UPTET result will not be released today.

According to a Hindi news portal, the result will be released in March 2022. In view of ongoing assembly elections in the state, the decision has been taken to postpone the results.

In a letter sent to the secretary of the examination regulatory authority Anil Bhushan, Secretary, Basic Education, UP, has written that due to the model code of conduct it has been decided to postpone the TET result.
