Dil Bechara actor Sushant Singh Rajput died by suicide on 14th June by hanging himself from a ceiling fan at his Bandra house, Mumbai. As per Rhea Chakraborty, the actor was suffering was depression. During the probe, Mumbai police found few medical reports from his house which claimed that the actor was seeing few psychiatrists from November last year.

As per latest reports, Police summoned 3 psychiatrists and a psychotherapist to probe the case and record their statement. Now, a police source made a shocking revelation in which one of the psychiatrists claimed that Sushant was suffering from ‘bipolar disorder’. Yes, you read it right! while others claimed that the actor was under severe stress.

Those who don’t know then let us tell you that as per science, bipolar disorder is a mental disorder in which the behaviour of the patient changes very rapidly. It is also known as ‘manic depression’.

 

However, he didn’t believe in the treatment being used on him by them. And this is the only reason he didn’t attend the sessions regularly and would often change his doctors. While probing when police asked the reason behind his mental stress, to this they said that they don’t know what was disturbing the actor as he never revealed to them.

As per DNA, the doctors further added that Sushant used to skip his medicines and many times he would skip the prescribed time. The last time he consulted a doctor, he was getting treated for bipolar disorder and since lockdown; doctors were conducting the sessions via phone calls. Also, as per doctors, from the last 2 or 3 months, the actor stopped taking medicines and was also not following the necessary advice given to him by doctors.

 

Meanwhile, Mumbai police have recorded the statement of almost 30 statement including, his family, Rhea Chakraborty, filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Shekhar Kapur.
