
Even post Bigg Boss, Salman Khan continues to rule the small screen. The actor who has given two stupendous Box Office hits last year, is hitting the right chords on television.
His last film, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, which also features Sonam Kapoor, has become the most watched Hindi film of all time on television.
PRDP, the Sooraj Barjatya directorial, had its television world premiere on Valentine's Day, which also happened to be a Sunday. And according to the latest TV viewership measurement system (BARC), the film has registered a viewership of 2,51,19,000. This means it has beaten the last most watched Hindi film on TV -- Bajrangi Bhaijaan, which recorded a viewership of 2,37,45,000.

This in turn, is helping Star Gold garner higher viewership. Reports suggest that the viewership of Star Gold is more than the combined viewership of Zee Cinema and Movies OK.
Not just this, Rajshri's Bollywood family entertainer also soared past the viewership of the current most watched Hindi TV show -- Naagin on Colors, on the day the film was aired.
