As far as the antagonist is concerned, makers are in talks with Hollywood action star Arnold Schwarzenegger and the actor is sorting out his dates for the film. The movie is expected to go on floors next year.

A couple of weeks ago, in an interview with Catch, talking about her upcoming films, Amy Jackson said,

"I am doing a very big film, but I am not allowed to speak about it. The makers will hopefully announce it soon."

We wonder if the big film Amy is talking about is Robot 2 itself.

Official confirmation is still awaited.
